My family consists of a fabulous wife (Melanie) and 3 active young boys. All of my family is directly involved with many of the outcomes of our projects. At The Boulevard www.the-boulevard.com.au , I am developing a family oriented living environment on the basis of pleasing my children's vision of how families can maximise life and living.
Stuart ONeill has an extensive business background which commenced in 1990 when he opted to become self employed. Property investing commenced in 1994 and has continued to this day. The property model we rely on 99% of the time involves working in country town communities. We find the products we provide are more satisfying when you can have local feedback as to whats needed and what best suits the land we are buying and the outcomes of the community. In the city, property deals are only profit driven in most cases. We believe we can make a fair profit while also being mindful and unobtrusive in a small country town.
